Prior to relocating to the US in 1999, he was based in Mumbai and gained valuable experience in technology startups, private equity, and M&A. He comes with a strong passion and understanding of global technology markets, STEM education, and entrepreneurship. He serves as an advisor and board member to partner firms. He holds a both a BA in Economics and MBA, and is a BITS, Pilani alumni.
Keith Coe is an accomplished senior executive with interests in STEM education, real estate and hospitality. Keith currently heads Allegro Learning Solutions, an OV Initiative as President & CEO. Prior to Oxygen Ventures, he worked with a few reputed firms and led large, national projects nationwide. He comes with experience in troubleshooting assets and creating strategies for improving performance and enhancing asset value. He’s involved with all phases of real estate development, management, ownership and asset management. He holds a JD from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and a BA from University of Utah.
Bhakta Yadlapalli is the President of Neoma. He comes with over 20 years of experience in software applications and product development. He has an in-depth knowledge and deep appreciation of design practices, problem solving thinking and algorithms. His experience includes working with key financial clients with focus on mortgage servicing and loan origination. He’s leading Noema since its inception in 2008. Prior to Noema, He worked with Radian Asset Assurance as Vice President – Design and Development of web applications for Financial Guaranty business. Earlier, he worked with Deutsche Bank, Valista, FusionOps and BVM SARC handling.
Andy Petroski has played a foundational and key role in building immersive learning and instructional technology functions for multimedia firms, corporations, and education. As Director and Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies he led the MS in Learning Technologies program and learning technologies capabilities at Harrisburg University of Science & Technology; incorporating innovative delivery methods, coordinating outreach and marketing approaches, supporting workforce development projects; and developing a strong network of strategic partners and faculty. He has also worked in the academic publishing industry as a Senior Director of Custom Curriculum Services, leading the development and delivery of custom solutions for clients in the higher education space. Andy’s experience with various roles in digital learning including director, project manager, multimedia producer, instructional designer, graphic designer, writer, and developer provides a broad perspective from which to advise and manage learning solutions. Andy plays an active role in the eLearning industry, writing articles for national and regional publications and presenting at international, national, and regional events and webinars on various online learning, educational technology, multimedia, and user experience topics. Andy is the co-author of the book Alternate Reality Games: Gamification for Performance, published in 2016.

Dr. John Kozup is Associate Professor of Marketing at Villanova University and winner of the AMA Thomas C. Kinnear Journal of Public Policy & Marketing Research Award. Dr. Kozup served as Founding Director of the Villanova University Center for Marketing and Public Policy Research from 2004 through 2014 and currently serves as Director of the Institute for Business, Government & Culture (Rome/Malta). In addition to his role with Oxygen Ventures, Dr. Kozup is Director of Investar plc (Malta) a merchant banking and insurance group. He also serves as a Director of Equinox AIFM S.A.: a Luxembourg based company founded in 2001, which operates in the market as a management company for investment firms active in the Private Equity sector. As Director of Quadrilateral Advisory, Dr. Kozup contributes to a strategy consulting company focused on developing specialized knowledge, businesses and programs in the security arena. He also serves as director of Bridge Technology Capital, a U.S./UAE cross-border venture capital investment group. Since 2010, Dr. Kozup has served as the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Advertising.
