Jonathan Wiesman, Vice President, Nihilent Technologies Inc.
Jonathan Wiesman is a Vice President with our strategic partner, Nihilent. He heads Nihilent’s sales and business developments efforts in the US. Prior to this engagement, Jonathan was Senior Vice President with Oxygen Ventures. Jonathan is passionate about business development and he is highly self-motivated and experienced while placing a high value on building strong, long-lasting relationships and being involved with the community. He is a results-oriented professional who understands technology, outsourcing, and consulting along with staffing and the drivers that make these important to the client. He understands the details involved along with the strong relationships necessary for the success of projects with public and private sector accounts. An industry veteran and leader in business development for more than two decades, Jonathan was instrumental in building the foundation of business penetrating major accounts in addition to managing sales teams. He has placed the experience that he has learned working with outsourcing, IT professional services and staffing to successfully lead sales and to market in many verticals such as healthcare, government and state accounts. Companies such as ADP, Infotech Consulting, Astea International and Genesys Software Systems are a few of the award winning companies, nationally and locally, he has helped to attain their sales goals. This takes into account software and professional services, outsourcing and information technology consulting experience and how to help the accounts make better use of technology. Jonathan likes to spend time with his family and enjoys fishing and golfing. He is a member of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania and the Association of Contingency Planners. He lives in Pennsylvania and attended the University of Maryland where he wrestled for the Terrapins.

Rajesh Jog is the Chairman and MD of Waygate Capital, a boutique technology, media and entertainment investment bank. He brings a rich experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate policy-making and new business initiatives. Rajesh graduated with an advanced degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook in 1987 and joined AT&T Bell Labs. In 1988, he joined a start-up called Cyber Digital as Systems Engineer. After several pioneering patents and technological breakthroughs, Rajesh was promoted to VP in 1989. He left the company to pursue an advanced degree in Management from NYU's Stern School of Business. In 1993 Rajesh joined Bankers Trust as an Associate and technology specialist in the Global Merchant Banking practice. He co-authored the widely acclaimed "Bankwide Technology Architecture". In 1994, Rajesh relocated to Mumbai and founded Gateway Capital, India's pioneering investment and venture banking firm to the technology and media industries. In 1999, Rajesh co-founded eVentures India-a $190 m New Media and Technology venture company with investments from Softbank and News Corp. Apart from being a Managing Partner and CFO,Rajesh was the chief architect of the firm's portfolio of 15 investments.Since the capping of eVentures India, Rajesh has returned to Waygate Capital and is currently focussed on building Waygate Entertainment Partners*,a specialist entertainment-focussed investment partnership through which several successful ventures have been launched including Convergent Media Group (publishers of Matrix-the leading entertainment trade publication)and Raas Entertainment Sciences (a film, & TV company) Rajesh serves on several company and public institution boards. He is married with twins and his personal interests include sailing, scripophily and travel photography.
