Rajesh Jog comes with a rich experience in private equity, investment banking and corporate policy-making and new business initiatives. Rajesh graduated with an advanced degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook in 1987 and joined AT&T Bell Labs and later pursued an advanced degree in Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Rajesh joined Bankers Trust in 1993 as an associate and technology specialist in the Global Merchant Banking practice. In 1994, Rajesh relocated to Mumbai and founded Gateway Capital, India’s pioneering investment and venture banking firm to the technology and media industries. In 1999, Rajesh co-founded eVentures India-a $190 m New Media and Technology venture company with investments from Softbank and News Corp. Apart from being a Managing Partner and CFO, Rajesh was the chief architect of the firm’s portfolio of 15 investments. Since the capping of eVentures India, Rajesh has returned to Waygate Capital. He serves on several company and public institution boards.
Suresh Madhuvarsu is a passionate product leader who enjoys everything about technology and software. Dr. John Kozup is Associate Professor of Marketing at Villanova University and winner of the AMA Thomas C. Kinnear Journal of Public Policy & Marketing Research Award. Dr. Kozup served as Founding Director of the Villanova University Center for Marketing and Public Policy Research from 2004 through 2014 and currently serves as Director of the Institute for Business, Government & Culture (Rome/Malta). In addition to his role with Oxygen Ventures, Dr. Kozup is Director of Investar plc (Malta) a merchant banking and insurance group. He also serves as a Director of Equinox AIFM S.A.: a Luxembourg based company founded in 2001, which operates in the market as a management company for investment firms active in the Private Equity sector. As Director of Quadrilateral Advisory, Dr. Kozup contributes to a strategy consulting company focused on developing specialized knowledge, businesses and programs in the security arena. He also serves as director of Bridge Technology Capital, a U.S./UAE cross-border venture capital investment group. Since 2010, Dr. Kozup has served as the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Advertising.
